With over 30 years of experience, Catherine has held diverse roles across the primary phase, including Headteacher and Executive Director with a multi-academy trust. She brings extensive experience in spearheading high-quality professional development for teaching staff. She is passionate about teaching and learning, curriculum design and developing leaders at all levels. She currently serves as a WalkThrus consultant/trainer and professional coach.
