SEND
These networking meetings are run by SENCOs for SENCOs. They allow SENCOs to support each other; sharing good practice and sharing resources and skill sets. We will be addressing the following areas over the coming year:
- Sharing one planning and annual review paperwork
- Developing a speech, language and communication resources and training
- Developing a workshop approach to meet the needs of SEND parents
- Creating a support network for LSAs and 1:1 staff working with complex needs
