No Outsiders Training
Andrew Moffat is AHT at The Meadows primary school in Birmingham and PD Lead for Excelsior MAT. He also runs No Outsiders. No Outsiders provides lesson plans and resources for schools to teach about equality and diversity using British Values and the Equality Act 2010. On the Nexus Learning Partnership No Outsiders training afternoon, Andrew will model different lessons in classes so that staff get to se a No Outsiders lesson with their own class. The staff training after school will explain the background and show the progression and staff will leave feeling confident and excited to take the work forward in their own settings.

Improvement Champion Training
A refresher session run by the Headteachers at Stanway Fiveways and Copford Primary for existing Improvement Champions. Updates will be provided with opportunities for networking within the group ahead of the the cycle of reviews.
